Applicants must also agree to adhere to the guidelines and requirements outlined by BOAP, including the timely submission of requested documentation and active participation in program activities. Applications are accepted at any time; however, funding is contingent upon fund availability. Payments will be disbursed directly to service providers on behalf of selected applicants.
